Annandale High School Class of 1963
45th Reunion
May 7, 2008
Dear Class of ‘63 –
Can’t wait to see you in October! Your Reunion Committee is hard at work to make our 45th Reunion really special - something everyone will enjoy and long remember. The three major events, Friday mixer from 7 – 10 PM, Saturday banquet from 6 - midnight, and Sunday brunch from 9 - noon, are all at the Hyatt Fair Lakes, making it especially convenient for those of you staying at the hotel.Come early and enjoy one of the various optional activities being planned for Friday, including golf, motorcycle riding, Manassas Battlefield walks, wine tasting, and lunch at Karen Wright’s restaurant (Thursday’s – great name!).Let us know on the registration form which activities might appeal to you. Saturday is open for visiting with each other, family and friends. And, don’t forget the possibility of sightseeing – there are many new sites in the D.C. area. Two of my favorites are the Smithsonian Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Museum near Dulles airport (not far from the hotel), and the Air Force Memorial near the Pentagon.
VISIT OUR AWESOME WEB SITE FOR UP-TO-DATE REUNION AND CLASS INFORMATION AND OTHER FASCINATING PAGES – Annandale1963.com.Click on “Who’s Coming” to see whose registered already, and learn how to get in touch with your classmates!!

Do you remember this school mate from her senior class picture? She was a member of the Spanish Honor Society, Spanish Club, Tri-Hi-Y, Pep Club, and she was a merit semi-finalist. She was beautiful, had a smile that would light up a room, and she had a wonderful personality - then and now! See the Reunion Quiz below for the answer!

There's Carolyn's parents light blue 1959 Rambler Rebel station wagon that was always parked at the front entrance to the school to pick her up when classes let out for the day? Thank God my parents did not come to pick me up in 'that thing' in my senior year. I would have walked, hitchhiked, quit school, or maybe run away from home!
Well, guess what... she did run away but she has come home for a visit! We are sooo pleased that she has come. Hopefully she'll stay awhile ...... like until the October 3,4,5 class reunion! Maybe, we could even arrange for a 1959 Rambler Rebel to wait out front of the reunion to pick her up !
